- planning and preparation of workshops and presentations
- active training of different moderation techniques
- strengthening of verbal and non-verbal communication skills, e.g.
- logical structure of statements and speeches,
- posture, gestures, miming,
- techniques of speaking and voice
- organizing and conducting meetings, workshops and presentations.
Methodology
- Participatory approach, involving groupwork, interviews and Question and Answers techniques
- Action oriented through practical exercises.
Checklists and handouts in English will be provided.
